Key Responsibilities:- Assess, promote, and contribute to the quality of nursing care administered to patients and their support systems.
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical nurses, nursing assistants, and technicians.
- Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure evidence-based nursing practice models are promoted.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate outcomes-based educational programs to improve patient care and staff performance.
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to staff nurses, nursing assistants, and technicians.
- Monitor quality data and staff performance to assist Nursing Leaders in achieving organizational strategic plan goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred or actively working towards obtaining.
- Registered Nurse in NJ or compact state license.
- Minimum of three years clinical nurse experience.
- National certification in area of specialty within 1 year of hire.
- American Heart Association ACLS preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS required.
