This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and clients in a banquet setting. The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up and cleaning banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and clean banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, and linens
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, including taking orders and refilling drinks
  • Clear soiled dishes and utensils, and assist with closing functions
  • Communicate effectively with guests and clients, and report any issues or concerns to management
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary and hospitality team to ensure a seamless dining experience
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior server experience a plus
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with guests and clients, and work collaboratively with the culinary and hospitality team.
