The ideal candidate will:

  • Oversee and execute the installation, routine maintenance, and replacement of pneumatic, electric, electronic, and variable frequency drive control systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).
  • Exhibit expertise in various facets of heating, ventilation, water analysis, and air conditioning upkeep throughout the facility, ensuring all equipment operates at peak efficiency and safety standards.
  • Manage the installation and repair of lighting systems; replace bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures as necessary. Address plumbing and mechanical equipment repairs while maintaining all aspects of building upkeep as required. Foster relationships with external vendors for repair services and supply procurement.
  • Oversee the maintenance of Emergency Power Generators, including monthly equipment testing and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain records of preventative maintenance work orders and equipment logs, repair manuals, schematics, and operational logs to comply with state and JCAHO regulations.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.

Minimum Experience:

  • 3-5 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of building maintenance, particularly HVAC and refrigeration.
  • Familiarity with work order and preventative maintenance systems is preferred.
