About the position

We are looking for an Event Operations Supervisor who will play a key role in managing event operations and occasionally assist in other areas as needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment, adapting to the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate goals and inspire team members to reach them.
  • Oversee and train front-of-house food and beverage staff.
  • Participate in operational meetings and planning sessions.
  • Promote innovative ideas and concepts to management and peers.
  • Utilize guest feedback to develop and implement improvement plans.
  • Have a thorough understanding of menu items and service expectations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of event spaces.

  • Address and resolve guest concerns regarding service and personnel.
  • Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling and cost control.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
