We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Wichita Falls, Texas. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Monitor patients throughout their treatment and perform routine checks of their vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication as prescribed and assist doctors and registered nurses as needed.
- Liaise with patients' families and provide emotional support and guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Must have an active state license and at least 1 year of experience in an Acute Care or Nursing Home setting.
- Must have Med-Surg experience/background and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The salary for this position is $34 per hour.
- Benefits are competitive and include a contract completion bonus of $750.
- This is a full-time position with 13-week contract and 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts.
