Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the baking team in mixing, shaping, and baking high-quality bread and pastries.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the smooth operation of the bakery.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and the founder.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all bakery operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a bakery or similar environment, with a focus on team management.
  • Ability to work early morning hours and weekends as required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
