Key Responsibilities:
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that all baked goods meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Recipe Execution: Follow specific recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by our Head Chef.
- Time Management: Complete tasks within a set time period to a very high, consistent standard.
- Kitchen Organization: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and maintain product quality.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
- Adaptability: Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Early Riser: Ability to work a 4am shift.
- Baking Experience: Basic knowledge and experience of baking and pastry principles.
- Team Player: Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal, ability to receive feedback and self-evaluate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for up to 8 hrs during a shift.
- Passion for Baking: Must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success.
