Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanic to join our team as a Field Service Technician. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Crown and other makes of lift trucks. You will also perform planned maintenance on customer lift trucks and maintain a service van and its inventory.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair lift trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform planned maintenance on customer lift trucks to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
- Maintain a service van and its inventory to ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are available.
- Process paperwork after completion of each job to ensure accurate records and billing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics, and internal combustion engines.
- Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Technical degree, previous lift truck repair experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
