Tidelands Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for overseeing the supervisory, distributive, and clinical functions of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process physician orders, patient medication profiles, and completed prescriptions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide accurate drug information, recommendations, and interventions to physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients.
  • Assist the Director and Assistant Director of Pharmacy in their duties to maximize department performance and implement improvements.
  • Conduct and present assigned projects to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and other relevant committees.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospital pharmacy is preferred.
  • Graduate of a college of pharmacy is preferred.
  • Ability to work under direct or minimal supervision and handle stress appropriately.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with health-system and pharmacy staffs.
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
