Role Responsibilities:
As a youth soccer instructor, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment for children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading classes of up to 12 children while ensuring their safety and enjoyment
  • Implementing our structured curriculum to enhance children's motor skills and character
  • Arriving early to prepare equipment and set up for classes
  • Conducting engaging sessions lasting between 30-45 minutes, focusing on individual interaction
  • Managing the inventory of coaching materials and class attendance
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to optimize class delivery
  • Providing constructive feedback after each session
  • Creating an engaging atmosphere through creativity and enthusiasm
