Job Summary:

Kwik Trip Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Leader. As a Guest Service Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of store operations
  • Delegate tasks and train coworkers to ensure that store goals are met
  • Assist with merchandising and visual displays to create an inviting store environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including the stockroom and break room
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 6 months retail experience, including customer service and money handling
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
