Job Summary

Bridgewell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 3 to join our team. As a key member of our residential support team, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in a Level 3 residential program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance with skills training in all activities of daily living.
  • Create opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and foster independence.
  • Provide services according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and Bridgewell policies and procedures.
  • Transport and accompany individuals as needed to medical, recreational, and other activities.
  • Maintain required documentation according to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED - Associate's Degree or DSP Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
