Transportation Specialist

We're seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to transport staff and children to and from school, field trips, and other locations. As a Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety and supervision of children during transport
- Comply with KinderCare and governmental regulations regarding child care
- Keep the Center Director informed of any necessary information regarding child care and safety
- Assist with daily center duties and transport center vehicles for servicing as needed
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, center events, and parent/customer meetings as requested
- Current driver's license with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- At least 21 years of age and able to drive center vehicles
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Able to work flexible hours and assignments
- Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- At least two years of experience transporting children preferred
- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds is strongly desired and may be required to work in some classrooms or in the kitchen
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
