Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist to join our team at National HME, Inc. As a Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and setting up medical equipment to patients in their homes, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Set Up Medical Equipment: Safely transport and deliver medical equipment to patients in their homes, ensuring that all equipment is properly set up and functioning correctly.
  • Enforce Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including DOT and FDA guidelines, to ensure the safe transportation and delivery of medical equipment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring that they are comfortable and confident with the use of their medical equipment.
  • Maintain Company Vehicles: Regularly inspect and maintain company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the medical equipment they need to manage their conditions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required to operate company vehicles.
  • Ability to Lift and Carry Equipment: The ability to lift and carry medical equipment weighing up to 75 pounds is required for this role.
  • Background Check and Drug Screen: A background check and drug screen are required for this role.
