As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for executing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting business expectations.

Responsibilities:

* Execute project methodology to plan, organize, and drive forward projects using various techniques and skillsets as appropriate.
* Define project milestones based on business needs and defined solutions.
* Remove, resolve, or escalate roadblocks for team members in a timely manner.
* Identify and manage project risks to ensure time, cost, and quality meet business expectations.
* Facilitate team and project meetings effectively while navigating various group dynamics.
* As needed, work with managers to define and secure additional skills/capacity needed to successfully deliver project objectives.
* Assist Business Analysts and other team members with maintaining a roadmap and backlog for multiple workstreams.

Communication and Collaboration:

* Develop relationships across the organization to ensure successful delivery of projects.
* Responsible for project communications with the project team and key stakeholders.
* Proactively understand how and when to communicate effectively difficult/sensitive information.
* Focus on managing expectations and supporting change across all stakeholder groups.
* Foster team building, collaboration & communication among fully and partially aligned team members. Both within IT and with our business partners.

Candidate Profile:

* A minimum of five years of prior IT experience, including at least three years related to PM experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred.
* Highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.
* Comfortable acting as an intermediary between technical matters and business partners / end users.
* Experience with translating business needs into written business requirements and user stories.
* Comfort level and success working in agile environments.
* Experience with custom development, 3rd Party integrations, data warehousing and/or Salesforce is strongly recommended.
