About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Personal Banker I to join our team at Umpqua Bank. As a Personal Banker I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by building new and expanding existing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, identifying and offering products and services that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of banking services, including deposit and consumer loan accounts, business accounts, collections, and wires.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and procedures, providing expert advice to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Assist with operational duties and tasks, supporting the Assistant Manager in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Workstyle

This is a full-time, fully onsite position that requires a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
