About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Care Coordinator in our Inpatient department.

As a key member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Your strong clinical skills, paired with your ability to coordinate complex care plans, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

This opportunity is perfect for a motivated and detail-oriented nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in utilization review or case management. National Case Management certification is a plus.

You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will need to have a solid understanding of healthcare systems and processes, including insurance reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
