Job Title: Freight Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Freight Delivery Specialist to join our team at Bennett Courier and Logistics LLC.

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting general freight inventory to various clients in a safe and timely manner. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient movement of goods across different locations.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and previous experience as a professional truck driver. You will also need to be familiar with GPS devices and area roads to navigate efficiently through congested traffic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expeditious trip.
  • Pick up inventory from designated locations and deliver it to customers as requested.
  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions to adjust your route accordingly.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and perform other physical tasks related to the job.

  • NYSDOT Medical
  • Familiarity with truck driving GPS devices

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
