Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and safe store environment, and driving sales results. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm smile, provide product knowledge, and assist with purchases.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and restrooms.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide feedback and coaching, and promote a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software.
