Piedmont Medical Center Clinical Supervisor ER Full Time Days Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Director is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility and strategic goals of the unit. Is a designated leader responsible for implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and special needs of the population. Target 100 behavior is promoted at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure the safe operation of the assigned department.
- Implement, supervise, and evaluate safe patient care practices.
- Promote a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors.
- Maintain clinical and professional competency.
Requirements:
- Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside.
- BSN preferred.
- 3 years of ED experience with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Certifications as required by designated unit assignment.
