Nursing Supervisor CVOR Full Time Days Position Overview
As a Nursing Supervisor at Piedmont Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our CVOR unit. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader who can coordinate and supervise the activities of nursing personnel, ensuring that patients' needs are met and unit nursing care and performance are evaluated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel in the CVOR unit
- Verify that patients' needs are met and evaluate unit nursing care and performance
- Participate in planning work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments
- Plan and organize training for unit staff members, and participate in guidance and educational programs
Requirements:
- Academic degree in nursing
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse
- CPR certification
