Key Responsibilities
Handle customer policy modification requests.
Generate insurance quotes for clients.
Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, encourage further sales, and resolve or escalate issues.
Qualifications
Exhibit a genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and upbeat attitude.
Demonstrate strong self-motivation and a sense of urgency.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior insurance experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
