Job Description

Job Title: Brick Specialist - Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brick Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Brick Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering inspirational retail experiences to our guests, providing a clean and safe store environment, and exceeding our guests' expectations through fun and meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a clean and safe store environment: Perform daily cleaning duties, maintain store displays, and learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom: Assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LBR standards, know and abide by all safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
  • Perform all cash register functions: Demonstrate product and experiences to all guests as needed, while portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
  • Deliver inspirational retail experiences: Exceed our guests' expectations through fun and meaningful interactions, and consistently deliver a high-energy performance.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work overnight shifts: Including weekends and holidays as business dictates.
  • Receive freight and convey shipment: From loading dock or city areas to stockroom, which may include working in inclement weather.
  • Effectively process and display merchandise: In a compelling way, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests: Process information/merchandise through the register system, and consistently deliver a high-energy performance.
  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 50 lbs.
