Licensed Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinician to join our team at the Urgent Crisis Center. As a crisis stabilization specialist, you will provide comprehensive crisis evaluations, treatment plans, and treatment to children, adolescents, and families who present to the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis evaluations, treatment plans, and treatment to children, adolescents, and families
- Assess and implement crisis stabilization plans, including immediate tasks for crisis management and connection to clinically indicated resources and services
- Provide community-based outreach and treatment services as defined by the treatment plan and/or client needs
- Complete clinical documentation thoroughly within required timelines to ensure appropriate and ethical care
- Respond to feedback and revisions in a timely fashion to ensure ongoing compliance with agency and regulatory standards
- Maintain contact and provide follow-up with families requiring this service, including phone and collaborative support
- Maintain confidential and/or required program documents, including insurance and/or managed care required documentation
- Maintain a level of productivity as determined by the program supervisor
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, or related human services field with at least a one-year clinical internship working with children and/or adolescents or families
- At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience working with children, and adolescents in an outpatient setting
- Crisis, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health unit, work experience is preferred
- Must have a CT license as a mental health provider, from the state of Connecticut, Department of Public Health; LCSW, LPC, LMFT
