About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Service Lead to join our team at US032 Victor Insurance Managers LLC. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, underwriting new submissions, and processing endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze new and existing commercial insurance business to ensure accurate and timely policy issuance.
  • Utilize industry-leading software to engage with agents and provide policy-related information.
  • Act as the central point of contact for license-required calls and transactions, working closely with other senior underwriters and operations managers.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in commercial insurance.
  • Work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, to provide top-tier customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with agents, customers, and colleagues to build and maintain positive working relationships.
Requirements
  • Possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
  • Have experience working with insurance procedures and policies, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
