Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Instrument and Controls (I&C) Maintenance Planner to join our team at the Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll plan and prepare work packages to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant maintenance. If you have a strong background in nuclear power plant operations and a passion for maintenance planning, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare work instructions for corrective maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, and modifications.
  • Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze maintenance activities and provide input for refining work package quality.
  • Define procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials required for planned work packages.
  • Verify work instructions comply with applicable station procedures and codes.
  • Develop, revise, and review maintenance procedures to maintain compliance with codes, standards, and vendor recommendations.
Requirements

We're looking for candidates with a strong background in nuclear power plant operations and maintenance planning. For the Mid-Level Maintenance Planner position, we require a high school diploma with a minimum of four years' experience in the craft discipline. For the Lead-Level Maintenance Planner position, we require a four-year technical degree with five years' experience in the discipline being planned for, or a two-year technical degree with seven years' experience, or nine years' experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with a four-year or two-year technical degree, successful completion of core supervisory/management training, and five years' minimum experience in nuclear power plant operations. For the Lead-Level Maintenance Planner position, we prefer candidates with previous experience in the craft of the discipline being planned for and previous nuclear power plant experience.
