Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to become part of a collaborative team of six orthopedic surgeons and five advanced practice providers. This role offers the chance to develop a thriving sports medicine practice within a well-established orthopedic department that includes experts in trauma, general orthopedics, total joint revision, hand, and shoulder surgery, along with mid-level support and neurosurgical spine collaboration.

Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday with shared group call and dedicated operating room time.
  • Resources: Access to occupational therapy within the clinic, extensive therapy options on-site, and a same-day orthopedic injury center.
  • Facility: Equipped with ten main operating rooms, an ambulatory surgical center, two Da Vinci robots, O-arm, Hana table, and ROSA robot.

The facility features a 33-bed emergency department with three large trauma bays, 24/7 CT scanning, and two board-certified emergency medicine physicians available at all times.

  • Air Ambulance Program: In-house air ambulance service with both fixed-wing and rotor-wing options for transport.

We also have 24/7 dedicated ICU intensivists in a 21-bed mixed ICU, supported by a robust hospitalist team, including swing and night shift admitters.

This is an independent, financially stable, not-for-profit health system that serves as a regional tertiary center with extensive specialty support, including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, and cardiothoracic surgery.
