Job Title: Production Welder

We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team at Kubota. As a Production Welder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently welding products in accordance with work instructions, using specialized and approved tooling to perform standardized work and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce units within the standard cycle times, while maintaining quality standards.
  • Operate Miller welding equipment safely and effectively.
  • Support standardized work processes and team-oriented goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Verify all previous parts have been assembled, and/or welded correctly.
  • Participate in and maintain 5S standards.
  • Understand and comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Perform special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Basic English language competency.
  • Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions in English.
  • Flexible to handle frequent business need changes.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with variable season temperatures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of weld-shop processes preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing welding experience.
