About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Precision Cutting and Fabric Preparation: Utilize your attention to detail to accurately cut and prepare fabric for production.
  • Welding and Assembly: Skillfully operate hot air welders and radio frequency welders to join fabric seams and attach components.
  • Industrial Sewing and Quality Control: Harness the power of industrial sewing machines to secure attachments to fabric and ensure the secure attachment of manufactured bags to solid bases.
  • Team Collaboration and Time Management: Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed scheduled deadlines, and direct efforts efficiently for optimal use of time and materials.
Requirements
  • Physical Fitness and Mechanical Aptitude: Possess physical fitness, with the ability to lift 50 lbs, and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic Hand Tool Proficiency: Show proficiency in the use of basic hand tools.
  • On-the-Job Training: Be willing to engage in on-the-job training as required.
