Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outpatient Ortho Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at i4 Search Group Healthcare.

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work with patients who require orthopedic rehabilitation in an outpatient setting.

You will have the chance to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based practices to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to identify their functional limitations and needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Implement various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, to promote recovery and functionality.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to manage their conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Washington State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
