We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in need of ongoing care and rehabilitation.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, we strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve. Our comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs provide customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

As a Physical Therapist at our hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who have suffered from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Our state-of-the-art equipment and low therapist-to-patient ratios ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

About the Job Description

The ideal candidate will have current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located and inpatient rehab experience preferred. A Current BLS/CPR Card is also required. Salary range: $42 - $58 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development and advancement opportunities, CEU Support, state-of-the-art equipment, and affordable medical, dental, and vision plans provided to meet the needs of full-time employees and their families. We also offer up to 20 days of PTO for full-time employees and 6 paid holidays for full-time employees.
