Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operate advanced Rotational Molding machinery
  • Precisely measure and dispense raw materials; finish products post-molding
  • Utilize Jib Crane and various pneumatic and hand tools
  • Conduct minor maintenance on Rotational Molding equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Meet established productivity standards in a fast-paced, on-demand setting
  • Effectively use established systems to report productivity
  • Propose enhancements to production techniques, equipment efficiency, and product quality
  • Recommend modifications in the work environment and equipment usage to boost efficiency
  • Ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled
  • Adhere to all safety regulations

Qualifications and Skills:
We are willing to train the right candidates; prior experience in Rotomolding is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Consistent work history is essential
  • Strong manual skills, experience with hand and power tools, and mechanical aptitude
  • Basic to intermediate math skills required
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency; capability to interact with scheduling and reporting systems
  • Must be focused, self-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Willingness to engage in all QMS, Lean, and 5S initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work both collaboratively and independently is crucial
  • Flexibility to perform various functions in a dynamic, made-to-order environment

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to climb stairs repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment
  • Capable of withstanding shop conditions such as heat, noise, odors, and dust
  • Ability to distinguish colors
  • Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs.

Attendance Expectations:

Consistent and reliable attendance is crucial for all Royal employees to maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction. All employees are expected to adhere to attendance guidelines as outlined in the Royal Basket Trucks Employee Handbook.

Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $19.00 to $21.50 per HOUR
