Key Responsibilities

  • Instruct electric distribution courses to develop trainees' skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and update learning content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop related content.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED with a minimum of 7 years of utility experience in service dispatch.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, training, or instructional design.
  • Knowledge or experience with evolving systems, such as assessment facilitation and instructional design.
  • Ability to facilitate joint union/management assessment teams.
  • Supervisory and/or project management experience.
