Key Responsibilities- Clear and Reset Tables: Efficiently clear and reset tables before, during, and after service periods to maximize table turns and maintain restaurant flow.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Stock: Maintain the cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations, ensuring that all necessary supplies are replenished during the shift.
- Assist Guests and Team Members: Work as a team to assist guests and team members with their needs and inquiries, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all.
- Respond to Guest Concerns: Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain Equipment and Facilities: Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, and report any breakage or issues to management.
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proof of Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Age and Experience: The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years of age and have a minimum of one year of related experience.
- Physical Demands: The Busser will be required to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and lift up to 50 pounds.
