About the Role:
The Busser is a vital member of our Xperience XRG team, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient table clearing, cleaning, and resetting. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during, and after service periods to maximize table turns and maintain restaurant flow.
• Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper table set-ups.
• Ensure cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 18+ years of age.
• Possession of or ability to obtain all state required work cards.
• Minimum of one year related experience.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Full service restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public.
Working Conditions:
The Busser will work in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment, exposed to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.
Physical Requirements:
The Busser must be able to walk long periods, stand for extended periods, and use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Ability to push and lift up to 50 lbs, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.
