Key Responsibilities:

Navigate clinical challenges and offer recommendations
Collaborate internally with key stakeholders, including medical directors, customer service team, and IBX pharmacists
Speak comfortably with prescribing physicians and provider offices
Answer clinical questions from customer service agents in a timely manner via messaging and emails
Direct members through the coverage determination process

Requirements:

Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy
5 years of relevant clinical experience
Experience in handling provider-related questions
Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formularies
