Construction Project Administrator

Boston Hire is seeking a skilled Construction Project Administrator to play a crucial role in our construction projects. This individual will ensure that all project elements are aligned and progressing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and initiating project schedules and procedures
  • Coordinate and monitor project scheduling, pricing, and technical performance
  • Ensure project activities comply with project plans and company policies
  • Communicate with project stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant parties to keep them informed of progress and any changes
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure work is done according to plan
  • Prepare, review, and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports
  • Identify and resolve potential issues or roadblocks to successful project completion
  • Monitor project progress, make adjustments as necessary, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Assist in closing out completed projects, including finalizing paperwork and facilitating project reviews

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction/development field is required. A degree in construction management or architecture is preferred.
