Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at the Nick Nestorovski - State Farm Agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier insurance solutions to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment and maintain a proactive approach to achieving individual and team objectives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting and explaining insurance policy options, and prospecting for new business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, ensuring they understand their needs and goals.
  • Prospect for new business through various channels, including personal referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
  • Maintain phone time or sales quotas, growing sales revenue through effective use of phone, email, and potential client lists.
  • Implement win-back strategies to re-engage with lapsed clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License required. We offer licensing assistance.
  • Ambitious self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a proactive approach to achieving individual and team objectives.
  • Exemplify professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
