Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and compassionate patient care specialists to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients with varying needs
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene tasks
- Administer medications as directed by medical professionals
- Facilitate community events and outings to foster social connections
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's unique support requirements
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
