About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Third-Party Risk Management Senior Manager to join our team at Capital Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global third-party risk management strategies, policies, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive global third-party risk management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify third-party risks and opportunities, and advise on third-party requirements and best practices.
  • Champion third-party related initiatives and priorities within the business teams and senior leadership, and partner with external stakeholders to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Oversee and enhance the global third-party risk management framework, governance, and develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across the organization.
  • Partner with technology teams to design and implement technology solutions that automate and strengthen global third-party risk management activities across the end-to-end lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience leading global third-party risk management programs, enterprise risk, or related teams within a large complex global organization.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate a highly matrixed corporate environment and collaborate across multiple stakeholders and groups.
  • Strong foundation in third-party related technology and industry best practices, with the ability to build external relationships through participation in industry organizations and/or committees.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team, including coaching, mentoring, and identifying stretch opportunities.
