Job Title: Senior Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect to join our dynamic team at Comprehensive Resources INC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Architect with expertise in data modeling techniques and substantial experience in implementing large Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems by integrating data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex data models that meet business requirements and support the organization's data architecture.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into logical and physical data models.
  • Implement and optimize data models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Integrate data from various systems into the CRM system, ensuring data consistency, quality, and integrity.
  • Participate in the full data modeling lifecycle, including requirements gathering, model design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data modeling standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members on data modeling best practices and methodologies.
  • Perform data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality and identify data issues and discrepancies.
  • Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of data models.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data modeling and CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling with a strong understanding of data modeling techniques and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in implementing large CRM systems and integrating data from various systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL tools, data warehouses, data lakes).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their data architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
