- Maintain thorough documentation of all completed work.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in emergency vehicle technology.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination during the upfitting process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, including on-site training for clients when necessary.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance operational efficiency and processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred.
