UofL Health is seeking a highly skilled Charge RN to lead the 7 South Complex Medical/Stroke Progressive Care team. This dynamic role requires a professional nurse with exceptional leadership abilities and expertise in unit management, employee evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in strategic staffing and scheduling decisions
  • Provide educational resources and support to nursing staff
  • Promote service recovery and customer satisfaction excellence
  • Model high-quality nursing practices and contribute to departmental initiatives

Requirements:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse in Kentucky or eligibility
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes paid vacation, sick days, holidays, free tuition for UofL employees, and a 401K plan with employer match.
