Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team at a Pharmaceutical company in Social Circle, GA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing media and buffer solutions, operating production equipment, and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and assemble media and buffer solutions for production use.
- Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place systems to ensure equipment cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assemble and operate filtration systems to produce high-quality products.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant experience, or higher education with no prior experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., and stand for extended periods during 8 or 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to work in controlled environments with special gowning requirements and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
