Our organization specializes in providing therapeutic intravenous infusions to outpatient clients. These infusions encompass biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapies. Additional services include medication injections and IV hydration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients to gather necessary information for processing prescriptions, refills, and insurance benefits, fostering strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Investigate and confirm benefits for pharmacy and medical claims for assigned cases, collaborating with financial assistance teams as needed.
- Manage prior authorization requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate submission of treatment regimens.
- Facilitate the appeals process between patients, physicians, and insurance providers, crafting clinical appeal letters based on specific denial reasons.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is collected prior to submission of appeals and coordinate with patient and physician offices.
- Monitor the status of prior authorizations and appeals, keeping patients informed throughout the process.
- Address and escalate service issues related to authorizations or financial assistance to ensure patient access to therapies.
- Conduct assessments required by manufacturer contracts and assist with patient enrollment in necessary programs.
- Communicate with patients regarding financial assistance options and community resources, following up on application statuses.
- Advocate for patients by expediting requests and tracking application progress.
