Key Responsibilities

The Production Equipment Operator will be tasked with:

  • Setting up machinery and ensuring the availability of production materials.
  • Operating production equipment while monitoring output quality to meet customer specifications.
  • Identifying and addressing minor equipment issues, escalating significant concerns to management or maintenance teams.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards.
  • Keeping work areas organized and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and noise.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
