Starting Pay Rate: $23.68
The Production Equipment Operator will be tasked with:
- Setting up machinery and ensuring the availability of production materials.
- Operating production equipment while monitoring output quality to meet customer specifications.
- Identifying and addressing minor equipment issues, escalating significant concerns to management or maintenance teams.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards.
- Keeping work areas organized and equipment in good condition.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and noise.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
