Job Summary:

We are looking for a Medical Laboratory Technologist to work in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory science and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, analyzing results, and providing accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and analyze results to provide accurate diagnoses
  • Develop and implement laboratory procedures to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of professionalism during stressful times
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background and drug screen
