- Provide superior assistance to supported hygienists during a wide range of procedures, adhering to state dental practice acts and safety protocols.
- Assist with setting up treatment rooms, stocking and restocking instruments and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record-keeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Partner with providers and team members to follow office systems and maximize office workflow, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient operations.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
