Swim Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a highly energetic and patient individual to join our team as a swim instructor. As a swim instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swim lessons to children in a warm and indoor pool environment
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:
  • Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
  • Knowledge of swim teaching methods and techniques
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Background check

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour

Our pool is warm (90 degrees) and indoors. Instructors typically work between 10 and 30 hours per week. This is a year-round position, not a seasonal job. We will train you.
