Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Central Carolina Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU RN to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, meeting the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural, and emotional needs of patients and families.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, sharing changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or compact state.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
